Attitude
Possibly the most essential of these three but useless on its own. It is no good having the perfect attitude in the world if one is sitting in a closed room not talking to anyone. So, what is attitude aside from how one feels about oneself as well as others.
Your face is transparent, completely clear and your attitude shines through whether it is positive or negative. The first second which prospective customer recognizes you maybe even before you see him, your behavior comes through. The customer sees it, maybe only subconsciously and will respond accordingly.
